MATTHÈ is a designer boutique in Condado, San Juan, edited by former WWD Fashion Market Director Mayte Allende Heres.
Before opening in Puerto Rico, I spent my career in the fashion departments of W Magazine and WWD, reviewing the New York, Milan and Paris collections every season. MATTHÈ is that eye applied to a small, tight edit: labels you rarely find on the island, chosen for design, quality and value, in limited quantities.

Tuesday to Saturday, 11 to 6. Mondays by appointment; closed Sundays. From November 1 to December 30: Tuesday to Saturday, 10 to 7, and Sundays in December, 12 to 5.
